About
I’m Abedalraheem Alagha, an 18-year-old student studying Information Technology at UDST (University of Doha for Science and Technology) from Gaza, Palestine, but right now I live in Qatar. I love making art, especially origami and assemblage art, and I’m passionate about coding. I prefer the hacking side of coding, but I also enjoy projects like building websites or programming Arduinos and ESP32s. What makes me special is my love for learning new skills. I’ve developed critical thinking, which I got from my dad, creativity from the art I make with electronic scrap, and computer literacy from joining hackathons and experimenting through trial and error, all with the help of YouTube and online courses.

Origami
artist
2021
I started with simple models like cranes and boats, following step-by-step instructions from videos. With regular practice, I improved my skills and began to design new pieces from my imagination. Patience and consistency helped me master the craft and I opened an art gallery in my school about origami which makes me an artist.
Developer
beginner
2022
I discovered what a programming language is. I decided to start with Python and watched online lessons, but I quickly found myself in hacking. VBS and batch files were my favorite.
Developer
pro (kinda)
2022
I went to the technology sector in high school which showed the qualifications of HTML, CSS, and JS. I made a main website that was required by school, then did my own website portfolio page but I did not like it. Then made better ones and this is the 6th prototype. I started to learn more about hacking wirelessly and made use of time and started discovering the wonders of AI.
researcher
in school
2023
I joined the school research program and picked a topic about making autonomous vehicles for a sustainable future and made research about it that was actually good.
programmer

2024
I started working on various projects last year such as programming Arduinos and ESP32. That's after learning C++. Not only that, I made a line follower and WiFi controlled FPV car and started making art out of scrap computer parts. I also made sound transfer using lasers. I made a lot of cool stuff which took a lot of time which prepared me well for university. Now at UDST, I continue to build on these skills and create even more ambitious projects.
IT Student
UDST - University of Doha for Science and Technology
2025 - Present
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at UDST, focusing on software development, cybersecurity, and AI. Excited to apply my skills in real-world projects and continue learning cutting-edge technologies.
Education
Alqarara Primary School For Boys
Student
August 2013
In primary school, I focused on learning core subjects like math, science, and language arts. I enjoyed playing sports, making friends, and participating in school events like sports day. It was a time of growth and fun learning experiences.
Imam Khatib Middle School
Student
August 2019
In middle school, I faced challenges adapting to a new language after moving from Gaza to Turkey. Learning Turkish was tough, but I focused on improving my communication skills while also adjusting to the new environment, making new friends, and learning new subjects.
Global Academy International School
Student
August 2021
In class 9, after moving from Turkey to Qatar, where my dad worked, I faced difficulties adapting to the new environment. Learning Turkish earlier had caused me to forget English, and when I tried to relearn it, it was challenging as it got mixed with Turkish.
Pearling Season International School
Student
August 2022
In class 10, I faced challenges with bullying but had no problem adjusting to the British style of schooling. I experienced personal growth, tried to make lasting friendships, and navigated academic pressures. Balancing exams, social dynamics, and adapting to new environments was tough but rewarding. And that school was the worst.
Jassim Bin Hamad
Student
August 2023 - June 2025
In class 11 and 12, I made new friends and truly began to enjoy school. I joined the research program, which helped me grow academically and personally. I became more focused on my studies, excelling academically, and worked on becoming a better person.

Recent Works
Here are some of my favorite projects I have done lately. Feel free to check them out.
Portfolio
You are seeing it now, I made it myself 😎
- Website
Zombie PC
I called that because it is made out of five non-working laptop parts that I got from an e-waste management system and it runs Windows. It definitely works though not greatly.
- Recycling
USB rubber ducky
So this is basically a device that looks like a USB but it is actually a device that runs a virus through your PC if you plug it in. Cool, right? Well, I thought that and I wanted it but it was expensive so I said fine, I will make my own. Then I made my own using a normal USB and I think that's cooler.
- Hacking
Robot assemblage art
First, you need to know that assemblage art is basically making art out of various things. What I did is use e-waste scrap parts, shape them, and make them into a robot shape that looks cool and it has a function. It basically turns its head to a random direction if you cover its eyes which is cool but not useful.

Making an self driving car
I used Jetson Nano and a LiDAR and a camera to make it function and I used Python to program it. And yes, I used a lot of AI but I still made it and it was a project supported by Doha University for Technology and Science. Finally, they only give money because, well, it is expensive and no, it is not fully sized to fit someone.

Research
I made a research paper that explores how autonomous vehicles (AVs) are being integrated into Qatar's vision for a sustainable future, particularly as part of Qatar National Vision 2030. It highlights the potential benefits, challenges, and opportunities related to the adoption of AV technology in Qatar, with a focus on improving urban mobility, sustainability, and efficiency.
